Join the Mission

CROWN is building the infrastructure that makes identity-based discrimination measurable, visible, and actionable. This work requires more than a small team in Geneva — it requires a community of supporters, volunteers, and voices that together create the evidence and the momentum for change.

There are several ways to contribute to CROWN’s mission, whatever your background, skills, or capacity.

Support CROWN — your financial contribution funds research, technology development, and clinical validation. Every franc is reinvested in the mission. Donations are tax-deductible in Switzerland and France.

Volunteer — contribute your skills as a translator, research assistant, legal researcher, or event volunteer. CROWN operates across languages and disciplines, and every contribution strengthens our capacity.

Share Your Story — your experience matters. If you have experienced or witnessed hair-based discrimination in Europe, your testimony contributes to the evidence base that drives research and informs policy.
